Trackon Couriers — my courier id is [protected] (do not received after 7 days)

My courier id [protected] sent from jaipur to bangalore on 27th july, 2018. But today 2-8-2018, courier does not received at destination. I talk jaipur centre, branch office and bangalore office, but they could not known about my item and don't satisfied reply. Please provide me actual details, date and time to deliver my courier at destination on my email and mobile no.
