Trackon Couriers — Non co-operative staff | |||||
It was sad to find that the person who receives call enquiry at Trackon courier services, bangalore was very rude and non co-operative. I was expecting a courier sent to Bangalore from Patna on 2nd feb 2017. When I checked the status online I found that it already reached my locality on 8th feb 2017. Since after 2 days also I didn't receive the package so, I called on this no: [protected] on 10th Feb 2017 to check if there was some issue or by when should I be expecting the package. The staff member who received the call was very rude and not willing to listen to the query. He was just trying to avoid the call and not able to provide any information about the package. He was not willing to even note down the docket no. He insisted to cutting the call. As such, I still have no clue about the package. This is very unprofessional behavior. I called 2-3 times but the guy just avoided the query and was of no help. He was not willing to help at all. He didn't even reveal his name for the fear of getting complaint. As a customer, I would want my queries dealt with not just avoided. I would not prefer Trackon couriers in future. And I really hope this reaches to the concerned people at Trackon and they are able to fix this problem. Was this information helpful? | |||||
