I have dispatch parcel wide no [protected] from ludhiana to jabalpur. But till date it has not reached its destination and nobody picks up the call at jabalpur office. Moreover status is still showing as of date 20.01.2018 no current status it is showing
Highly pathetic customer service, in light of the present competitive scenario ur company situation is worst in the industry.
Kindly deliver my goods as soon as possible

Respected Sir,
The above said courier reached the Jammu hub on date 23/01/2018 from Delhi hub. Since then i am waiting for its delivery. When i contacted the jammu hub, they r not responding. I need this courier urgently. Kindly look into the matter.

The product isn't delivered yet it's still in Kolkata hub from 13/1/18
And its 25/1/18 already

Please deliver it as soon as possible other wise it won't be good

I'm not going to use this courier service ever again.

Do it please or i shall file a case and I'll do mind it... you are not following your policies
