Trackon Couriers — not received parcel

On 17 july parcel from pune made for bijapur karnataka
Tracking id [protected] showing dispatched to bijapur on friday
When i asked in bijapur office they told still we didnt received such parcel and i confirmed by list which they shown how many parcels we got during these 3/4 days
I called banglore office 5/6 times they saying ask in bijapur office
If you not solve my problem then i will complaint whatevr expenses which i born you should give
