I had sent a request for your company to retrieve a package for me from Chennai and deliver it to Lucknow. I had also asked for extra bubble wrapping. The package I received was in damaged condition. No bubble wrap seen and holes in the box in which the item was placed. Now these were high quality speakers which have been damaged by the negligence of your workers.
