[Resolved] Trackon Couriers — PAN card undelivered | |||
I applied for PAN update on 4th september 2021. The acknowledgement number is [protected]. The card was sent through Trackon Couriers awb no:[protected]. I recieved an sms on 22nd september that it has been dispatched and on trackon website it was mentioned it was out for delivery on 25th september.But today it shows undelivered because address not found/ no contact details.I tried calling them with the contact no provided but no response. Sep 28, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved Contacted using another number and shared the details. It is then delivered today. That too the delivery boy asked me to come and get it at a nearby area as my area is not in their service region Trackon Couriers customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
