[Resolved]  Trackon Couriers — PAN not delivered for more than 11 days

My PAN was sent by NSDL through Trackon Courier on 5-Jan-21. Consignment number:[protected]. Since 8-Jan-21, the status is showing as out for delivery and not delivered till date (19-Jan). Contacts given in portal are not reachable and after multiple calls, I finally managed to speak to them. They asked me to call some other number. Those two numbers never respond to the calls. I have raised a complaint about it and the complaint was closed asking me to self collect the parcel. Their service is pathetic and they take no ownership. They do not care about customer satisfaction. Request you to help in getting my PAN delivered.

I got the contact number of person that delivers the TrackOn couriers for my location and called him regularly till i got it delivered.
