[Resolved] Trackon Couriers — Poor service and not responding for customers

Tracking is is showing the courier got delivered, but we did not receive the courier.
To sort out this I was trying from 2 days calling and mailing them, they are not accepting calls
I have mailed to head office but the same thing happened there also
They are just asking please provide the docket number after that no reply
I just want a reply who received that courier, it has to reach the right person.

The problem has resolved The company people called and stated that the mistake is from the company side in updating the information and apologized. The courier is delivered now. The problem has been resolved.
