[Resolved] Trackon Couriers — poor service & worst service | |||
Very disappointing that i am not been able to send rakhee to my brother in khetri nagar though i had sent my parcel on 19/8/2018. I think its worst courier service in india. I will let it know to every one via media. I'll make sure no one in my contacts uses such poor courier service. We've been able to contact since soo long but still no solution to the problem.. Vide pod number [protected] & [protected]. Now they are saying we are not able to deliver the same to khetri nagar. They are returning back to jaipur. Im very disappointing. No use of rakhee send by trackon servive. The reprensative start absuing to us, they told us after 5 days we are not able to deliver the parcel to the destination place.in trackon website 333504 area is in service area but they are denining not in our service area. It is a matter of regret that even on the occasion of festival such as Rakhi the delivery office call's and inform that they do not delever parcel at the address the same has to be collected from their office. In case not collected it will be returned. The same is not communicated at the time Of booking.

Please help for clear this issue and deliver shipment asap .
After 8 days Follow up with Trackon team still trackon team shipment not found and no reply . 100 time call all say wait for evening ..even no one share concern person contact details Email address . All are busy work and no one know where is shipment
Pathetic and very poor service as always by Trackon team .
Please help for clear this shipment we will never try your service in future and suggest other same other

Very poor and worst service that I ever got. After repeated complain and regular talk my currier returned to originator. The reason mentioned was not found consignee address. They sent me this msg on my contact no and never tried to reach me or called on the same contact no. I even asked Customercare for self collection at thier office but they ensured me for delivery. Now they msg me that my currier was returned to originator. How it can be possible???
