Tracing report shows that it delivered on 18/04/17 at 4.51 but actaully not received after alond period from the date of dispatch. This very urgent material and should be delivered within three days. It very harasment to the addressee. Therefore you are requested to take the neceesary step to deliver the product to the concern person.
