Trackon Couriers — Product Delivery to the location


Dear Sir/Ma'am,

Package dated 17/11/2016 was couriered from Shivalik Nagar, Haridwar Branch of Trackon. It has been delivered to Sambalpur (destination office) but is not being delivered to the intended location at IIM Sambalpur PIN: 768200.

The customer care executive has told that the location is out of service area. No such information was provided at the time of registering the courier. Full charges have been charged for the courier service. This is a clear case of providing incomplete information to the customer.

Why was it not informed at the time of booking? Kindly, sort this issue out.
