[Resolved]  Trackon Couriers — Status of awb#[protected] not updated for more than a month

I have sent the above referenced shipment from Bangalore to Beawar, Rajasthan. This is actually a return shipment to seller for one of the orders placed on a ecommerce site. When I tried checking with customer care, I was told that the shipment was delivered on 20th of October itself. I requested them to update the same online and they mentioned that they would do it in couple of days about 3 weeks ago. Since the status is not updated as delivered, the ecommerce site is not processing my refund. Also, the seller doesnt respond to my calls or emails. I have also escalated this to track on customer care via all the mail ids available. However there is no response till date. Please do the needful. Thanks.

Called up the recipient and asked for confirmation to the e-commerce service and they did the same. But I had to call numerous times for the fault of courier company.
Trackon Couriers customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
