[Resolved]  Trackon Couriers — Trackon declined to deliver my courier at home asking to come to their office instead

My government document was reached to its destination on time and showing “out fir delivery” since more than a week. Upon contacting the destination office contact number they are asking to come to office to collect the courier and saying they have shortage of the delivery guys. So asking to come to office during covid situation and then why is courier company charges if they’re not going to deliver at home?
