Trade India Research — cheating

One person from trade india, indore called me a few months ago and persuaded me to invest in them. Believing it i have remitted a total of about rs. 800000/- on various occasions but nothing came out of it. On asking them to refund my money they say that they don't have refund policy!!! And that i have lost all money.

Can anybody help me recover my savings from them please.

Updated by bhayya1 They called me again yesterday and have said that the amount will NOT be refunded by them. I may do whatever I please but my loss is permanent. What will I do??? I have lost my lifetime savings. Please help.

Updated by bhayya1 Can I not do anything about it and do I have to helplessly resign to my fate of having been cheated by that unscrupulous company called Trade India Research.
