We are a hong Kong company dealing in general provision products and had ventured to do business with India, after having come across "Green Herbs India" from Coimbatore we got a satisfied reply and we intended to place a trial order for $1, 100. Since the amount was not large the supplier demanded for advance payment of the full amount, which we paid after having a few telephone conversations. the payment was made on 13/01/2017 and ever since that the supplier is not answering our calls or messages or emails. This shows what kind of people Trade India has put on their website and these frauds have been cheating people from across the globe using this platform of Trade India and are ruining India's name. Its a shame that India is like this and its comparing itself with China which is a mega power, i have delt with Chinese suppliers for 15 Years and never has this happened. This is my worst experience ever. Would be glad if strict action is taken to bring down this website and the companies such as "Green Herbs Ltd" is brought in front of law. Currently we do not have any company Green Herbs from Coimbatore appearing on our website.
Moreover we have a helpdesk who looks into complaints of such nature, if you wish then you may write to us at [protected]@tradeindia.com.
I am notifying the said dept. about the same and they will try & connect with Green Herbs to find out why they have not shipped the goods after getting money.
Tradeindia.com has got no role in the transaction, we were not even aware that you have placed an order on the said company. We are a non transactional discovery platform. We cannot take guarantee of any supplier listed that is why we always encourage people in doing due diligence before making any payment with a new buyer or a supplier.
Having said this, we are not running away from the fact and will get in touch with the supplier in order to check on the same.
