We are Premium paid memeber of Tradeindia since 2019-4-4

Our company complains our account manger, Mohd Shadab Javed, who did not finish his job on time as per our contract with Tradeindia, and ask for compensation for the time that we lost.

1. Social media: in contract, it includes facebook, twitter and linkedin, etc.
but,
A. Facebook, we paid in 2019-4-4, but, Mood Shadab Javed only finished it on May 11, 2020, that means, our terms in contract did not fulfill at least 1year, and after he made the link, he did not give us access, so, only a page with a company name, what is the use? It is 2021-1-5, all our time were wasted. How can compensate us?

B. Linkedin and Twitter: we paid in 2019-4-4, today, it is 2021-1-7, how many months passed, we did not have this, how to compensate our company?

2. Email marketing: all other terms in contract are visible, but this one, can not see, we need to see the records of this function.

So, our company complaint, and ask for compensation.

Who will be responsible for this?
