Good evening sir my self k. Bhuvanesh i'm a job holder in tirupati i travel for bakrapet for personal work, and i know it's a case for not wearing a helmet while driving but emergency case i left that and move because on that i'll pay 135rupees amount as per punishment i accept it i go with wrong i agree in but infront of me that one person go with family totally 5members with child and when police trying to stop that bike the person who is riding bike said i'm from forest department then he leave him, it's the rule is rule for all but you doing duty then what you are doing first following rules or # the rules first please follow the rules and then go to e-challan ok sir if you are respond to me i'll give my possible details regarding that i paid e-challan at the time of 5:38pm in the bakrapet (Ap) at the 10/10/2018. If you are going to rectify please take my complaint and make it serious if you are not a government servant please leave it my number k.
