Today dated 10.03.2019 at abc cowk pune, two numbers of traffic police came and asked to move my vehicle (Two wheeler) in wrong side & the moment i have moved the vehicle they force full asked me to pay a fine of rs. 700. The time is 11.13.20 am ist. That time i am serching a place for parking and then planned to go to the ""sarswati book depo"for some 12th class book purchase i may not have any mistake that time, they just came to me and asked the fine without any cause, and they told me their march 2019 target is very huge, one police office took my key to his possession immediately and another asked me to give the atm card, debit card or credit card, other wise they threatened me to book me under ipc 76, 279, 176 and crpc 152, that time i was not able to recall all the ipc and crpc subjects, they harressed me publicly, so out of my fearness of so much of ipc and crpc i have paid from my credit card (Supporting attached), because i am not a technical qualified persons to understand all the above ipc. Similarly they asked me my cast, my education, my nativity and why i am migrating from other state to pune. Finally they used some vulgar language, which i can not write here.
I am extremely sorry that i am not able to know the name of the on duty
Traffic police office, they do not have any i card with them. They just scolded me and sout some vulgar language on me publicly.
