Traffic Police Pune — forcefully charging e challan for hurting traffic police ego

E challan for no reason on 26th june 2018 at 7.30 pm on airport road near post office chowk i had taken my bike at the side of the road for tightening my mirror and then a trafic police comes and asks to pay 100 rs for no parking area parking where i was sitting on my bike and when i asked her name she refused and said dont act smart and took my vehicle photo and filed e challan for no reason.in front of me she took bribe from 2 others of 100 rs. This is completely wrong way and harassing people on 26 th june 2018. E challan numberptpchm[protected] for mh12 pv 3635 this challan should be cancelled. I have always followed all traffic rules and this is the first challan for no reason. The photo has me standing next to bike.
