Traffic Police, Vizag — complaining about a vehicle driver

I did not remember the vehicle registrartion number
This incident happened on 2nd may 2018 around 12pm.
The incident took place on old police station road gajuaka i. E behind lucky shopping mall
The driver of this vehicle is using abusing words on the road users on saying him not to enter a road which is very small as he is using a big vehicle. The guy is not even wearing his seat belt. I request you to take action on the driver. The vehicle belongs to "pai electronics"
