Traffic Police Vizag — fine with no reason

Sir today i was charged by a traffic police near lv prasad eye hospital junction, for not having helmet, the irony of this incident is that i had a helmet, license, c book and pollution certificate with me, even after following all the instructions and safety measures the in charge police told me to pay 135/- as fine, which really indicates misuse of power and talked in a harsh way, please see to that problem is resolved my contact no:[protected]
