Traffic Police, Vizag — rash/ drunken driving of cargo vehicle

While i am travelling from srikakulam to vizag, a bolero vehicle driven very rashly & when i advised him to go slow he got angry & halted my vehicle on road & shouted on me, he was found in a drunken state at that point.
Even i tried to inform near by traffic police at signal junction, unfortunately i didn’t found any person after hanumanthawaka jn & before maddilapalem jn. Vehicle was turned left at venkogipalem jn
It was an empty sand vehicle
