Since 21 feb 2018 my family members' aircel numbers are not functioning, 2 postpaid and 1 prepaid. We are unable to make and receive calls and messages. Other service providers insist on porting code for which we need to send an sms, that itself is not possible, this is a catch 22 situation, please enable aircel subscribers to port without this elusive porting code, or please make an urgent public announcement as to what needs to be done. No help in this regard is forthcoming yet.
