Trai — airtel 4g/3g network is very poor

Hi,

This is kosar abbas, my mobile number is [protected] i had recharge with rs 448
After recharge completed mobile network single is showing 2g, e, i am not satisfied your worst signal, even i am living at r-29 batla house new delhi-25 not in a rural area.

This plan is 1.4 gb but network speed is 05 to 20 kbps. We are cheated me. This much of speed how can use the internet, even google page will open 30 to 50 seconds of time will take when do i type and browse.

The airtel is cheated me. To take an action immediately.
