Trai — airtel broadband customer care totally failed

I have a telephone & broadband connection of bharti airtel company phone no. Is [protected] this coneection is in faulty condition last 26 th sep.2017. I lodge many complaint to customer care & nodal officer after that appelet authority but no one can take any action on my complaints. Kindly provide me any no. Or mail id which i send my complaint airtel customer care is totaly crack down. My registered complaints nos. Is
