Sir I have a cable connection of siti cable network in Lucknow UP my id is 20629072 with the name of kalyani chakraborty. I have submitted online payment on 1st march 2019. After one month now they're saying to fill the form offline again and pay cash to the LCO. And they have also closed the cable connection. While there is no dues from my side.
