My customer id is [protected]. My cable connection is disconnected from last 24 hours and i am getting a message to recharge my tv but i am having rs 102.00 account balance as on 1st august i did a monthly recharge. Regarding this i called the airtel relationship center where i was told that they have received a request from our end for splitting of account. And i told them that i had not made any such request. So i was assured from there end that i will receive a call within half an hour from there senior executive but i did not receive any call. After waiting for an hour i again called them and again i was told the same story. But no solution provided. So today i again called them twice but they were not able to help me. Listing to there vague reply i argued with them and demanded for immediate solution. Then they arranged the call from there senior but he was also not in the position to help me. And now i am told to wait for further 24 hours for activation of my tv. What should i do. Was this information helpful? | |||
