Trai — airtel dth tv channels are not active

Please find the below communication email for issue in dth channels. I am a common customer, complaint my issues by email and telephone but no one going to respond me. I am activate a pack airtel dth, odisha as per trai guide line but from last 5 days i am not able to view any channels in my tv.in my airtel app the package showing rs.2828/- rental where as i am selected a package of rs.222/-. My reference id is[protected].
