Trai — airtel mobile bill/ refuse to update my payment

I had paid Rs.647 towards my mobile no.[protected] for aug'18 bill payment, but airtel officials refuse to update my payment they said its failed transaction.

its a successful transaction i have given by banker confirmation mail for supporting this. even through they refuse it and try to cheat me.
