I had tried Customer Care Centre & discussed my issue related to excessive internet charges and after discussing the issue for almost 5 minutes & then he asked me to hold and then again conversion started & he was not able to resolve my query so he chose to again put me on hold & then he disconnected the line. This has happened several times. Now again u have to call & explain the same things to another CC executive. Is it possible? Why should not they call back if it was a call drop as confirmed by their head, as told to me.
