Dear concern,
Since april 2017 facing network issue & data speed issue.
Escalated n number of times, name sake customer support team raise a service ticket and close the ticket by 3 days without resolving the issue.
U say that you have the world's largest 4g network even i don't think that u have the best 3g network i cannot be able to use 3g network on my cell phone then how can i use 4g. When i set to 4g all network go down
6 months paid bill without proper usage.
