Trai — airtel not complying with trai guidelines | |
I have tried my level best to select channels on airtel website (According to your new policy). Airtel website has no provision of selecting individual channels, they only provide packages. Their customer care persons are impossible to reach, i have been trying since last month (January 2019) Please pass on instructions to airtel authorities to let customers select individual channels as well.
