I have 2 tv connections and from past 10-12 days no channels are coming at my 1 tv other one is only active. I have tried calling the call centre and the local operator but no response. I also tried selecting the channels as per the new policy and paid the amount, yet it does not work. However, some other locations the cable is working. The irony is that i get a payment reminder today even though i have already paid. This operator is harassing us continuously. Dont understand what should i do? Our customer id is [protected].
