Trai — asianet not providing channels even a week after recharging. | |||
I recharged for star sports select 1hd and star sports select 2hd five days ago in which select 2hd still shows an error signal. Even after calling the asianet customer care number and following their instructions of resetting the set top box and the tv, i still wouldn't get the channel. Since i got no assistance after that, i called the customer care again and posted another complaint three days ago when i was guaranteed 24 hour service and solution. After 48 hours and still no help, i called their customer care yet again and they just lightly told me that they'll re-register the complaint and that it will take another 24 hours. I had a match on saturday evening and it is extremely disappointing to not have the channel even after subscribing to it 5 days in advance and paying for a channel i still don't have yet. I called the customer care again and it's been over a week now and i still don't have the channel nor did they respond to my complaints while my account is still getting deducted for the channel. I sent all their service managers a mail regarding this and informing them that i'll have to post a formal complaint with the government of india with no response from them even after two days.
