Asianet satellite communications is misguiding / cheating the customers with their false offers, which are sent via sms. I am an active customer of asianet broadband and their digital services. I have received multiple smss on my mobile number / father's mobile number that asianet is introducing combo offers to their customers which include fibre internet connectivity and broadband (Free for unmentioned period). I have contacted the customer care of asianet on august 14, 2019 to know the combo plan and as part of that they have activated my fibre connectivity but, they said to write to asianet to get the offer from asianet digital services. Further to the conversation, i had sent email to asianet communications on the same day (August 14, 2019) to know more details about the combo plan and they said they will let me know about the plan details such as the number of channels asianet will be providing to me, the length of free service as part of the combo plan, etc. For the digital connection.

I must say that the response from asianet is disappointing until this moment when i write this message. Every time, they have a standard answer saying they have already contacted their concerned department to provide a solution and this has been more than a month after my initial request and they are not bothered to provide a solution. The most disappointing part is that even the nodal officer - mr. Vijayakumar pd and appellatte authority member - mr. Krishnakumar (According to asianet website - https://www.asianetdigital.co.in/contact.aspx) are not bothered to respond to my concerns even after multiple email exchanges and direct conversation with mr. Krishnakumar over phone. Even before writing this message, i tried to reach out to mr. Krishnakumar multiple times and they are just disconnecting my call after few rings. Please see the email trail for the conversations i had with asianet team on this issue for the past one month or more.

I would like strict actions against service providers like asianet who do not bother about existing customers and they are bothered to on-board only new customers. This is not my first experience with asianet, one of the connections i had with asianet in the past has already been replaced with an other operator and i am happy with the connection now. Seems its better to replace this connection as well.
