Trai — Balance deducted from my bank account but recharge was failed. | |||||
Sir, i have recharged my telenor mobile no amount of 300 on 18/02/2017 by the telenor app two times. But the trasiction was failed. And the amount of 255 deducted by my bank account twice. And neither i had recieve any talk time nor my balance. And i had made call so many times at telenor customer care and they were unable to understand my problem and they were unable to help me. So what should i do ? So please help me sir. I want to refund my 255+255=510 amount by the telenor. Reply me fast sir. Was this information helpful? | |||||
