[Resolved] Trai — bharat khot complaint against videocon d2h customer id[protected] | |||
Bharat khot compliant against videocon d2h customer id[protected]. From last one week i ma requesting them to send me remote and i will pay you the changes. But one from videocon d2h is resolving the request. Every time they are tell your request has been closed. And they are not providing any alternate option for purchase of remote. I have to call customer and order remote and more that 10 times they took my request. But they are not proving remote, so i can not use my television. They have to confirm they will give service or not. Same thing i observe for other videocon d2h customer. I do not know they are going to close the services.
