Trai — broadband working and cheating/ overcharging their customers | |||
Wish to inform that had gone for airtel broadband connection along with land line @ rs 4600 for 6 months and broad band data of 60 gb per month with a commitment of 40 mbps speed After one month they have raised additional bill of rs 828 mentioning the same as gst charges which were not paid and the broad band speed provided is hardly 10-12 mbps Further the consumption is hardly to the level of 60 gb but we get the mails from airtel that the data has been consumed in say 10-15 days Earlier we were using hathway connection but 40 gb was working for entire month but in case of airtel almost 60 gb gets consumed within 15 days, as such they are not only cheating the customer by overcharging for what speed they have promised but also the meter of gb consumption runs very fast and end is that the customer ends up paying much higher Kindly look into the same as by this the telecom company is making money by cheating the customer and not giving satisfactory services In view of above would request kindly intervene and arrange for compensation for unsatisfactory services as well as not providing the speed for which they are charging Was this information helpful? | |||
