Trai — cable subscription

The new plans introduced by the train which requires the users to pay for each channels have increased my subscription plan of 350 /- months to directly double maybe more. As a consumer i do not agree or wish to actually go through with this plan which takes 154/- month just for mandatory channels that i do not even watch. My cable has most of the channels cutoff for last 1.5 months with only channels like doordarshan playing. Even my cable operator can not confirm when this will resolve as they are already not sure. About the trai's decision. I need to my cable to start again with same channels in same rate again.
