[Resolved] Trai — channel shown and channel selected is different | |||
Dear sir/madam, I holding the videocon d2h with customer id:[protected], with registered telephone number [protected]. I have selected channels on 10th march 2019 and message of selection is received. From second day i am not geeing the channel which are selected. And i called for the same to customer care the busy tone and busy message received. After 3-4 days customer care connected but they have server problem of fetching the data. So made call continuously and today customer care answered its technical issue. So, i requested them refund my money of this 10 days but they told me their is no process of refund also they told to wait for the selected channel activate. So, i request to help in refund and activate my channel which are selected by me from my operator. Regrads, Maruti yelvante [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
