[Resolved]  Trai — channels are not broadcasting after the recharge and also requesting the customer care

Dear sir,

I had recharge my videocon d2h[protected] on dated 26.03.2020, but till date we could not seen the the requested channels. I had also requested multiple times to service provider for this problems but i didn"t received any resolution till date.

Due to lockdown me and my family all are in home and we have no other option for timepass, so you are requested please do the needfull as soon as possible.
