Trai — charged channels not coming and unethical behavior

A/C NO[protected] connections many channels are charged but few coming. 3-4 complaint with complaint center and two email to customer care - no result.
When i telephoned customer care at[protected] and requested them to close the connections they said they can only close one connection. The operator could not tell me who to close the whole connection.
Request:
1. All connection be closed and our balance refunded ASAP

I have booked dish TV new connection through onlinedth & paid RS.1599/ on 06.07.19.they assured same day connection but they not provided connection & material till date. My Videocon d2h channel is not running from July 5, 2019. I have complained it today on that day the engineer came, but he did not solve my problem. Please solve my problem.
