Trai — complain about videocon d2h for refund

I have complain against videocon d2h. Videocon d2h service engineer was came at home and he received 200 Rs as service charge and after that day videocon d2h has cutting 200 Rs from main account balance... This is not fare. And I m complained 6 to 7 times in videocon but no one responded to me. They are not provide good service to customers.. I will request to you Please do any action against videocon d2h... Do needful. Thanks
