Trai — complaint about bad network service of bsnl | |||
I am yogesh hatti. I am ported the number "[protected]" from vodafone to bsnl on 28th jan 2019. I am facing very bad service so i am unable get access of any phone call, message or data as well. I already make 3 complaints on 4th feb, 28 feb and 3rd march also through customer care service. But still they didn't resolve my problem. I also make complaint on their web portal but still no any response from them. The complaint register number as follow "mhr/co/2019/3842" & "mhr/co/2019/5023". Due to network issue i am facing problem in my professional life also. So i request you to give permission to port another network within porting period of 90 days.
