[Resolved] Trai — complaint against reliance communication

My name is madhumita banik and my mobile no. [protected] of reliance communication. From 06/09/2017 inwards i am complaining by mailing to reliance customer care and the nodal officer about unnecessarily deduction of rs. 10/- daily from my main balance. From rs. 154/- today my balance has come down to rs. 104/-. Therefore, i regularly mailing to refund the amount but they turned into deaf ears. I have complained on 06/09/2017, 08/09/2017, 11/092017, 120/09/2017 and today 13/09/2017.
Please look into the matter and refund me the amount of rs. 50/-
Prompt action in the above matter will be highly appreciated.

TODAY ALSO RS. 10/- DEDUCTED FROM MY MAIN BALANCE WHICH CAME DOWN TO RS. 34/- FROM RS. 154/- SINCE 06/09/2017 WITHOUT ANY ACTIVATION FROM MY SIDE AS I HAVE TOLD YOU PREVIOUSLY I AM USING SIMPLE MOBILE NO ANDROID. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE TRY TO UNDERSTAND MY PROBLEM PLEASE REFUND MY AMOUNT.

Updated by Banik Ajay I am surprised to note that you have stated that my complaint has been resolved when I have not got any call from RCom neither my amount has been refunded. Daily my main balance is deducted by the RCom Rs. 10/-. I HAD COMPLAINT THAT MY BALANCE IS DEDUCTED EVERY DAY BY RS. 10/- FROM THE DAY OF COMPLAINT SINCE 06/09/2017 MY MAIN BALANCE HAVE BEEN DEDUCTED FROM RS. 154/- TO TO TILL DATE I.E. RS. 74/--
PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER SERIOUSLY. AS I AM LOOSING MY AMOUNT.
