This is to inform you that it has been more than 3 months since I have escalated my complaint to Tata Sky but TataSky has taken no steps to resolve my complaint, please take cognizance of this. Please see the email chain below about my complaint.

Respected Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission / National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission,

This is to inform you that I want to register a complaint against TATASKY. I have recharged my account (customer ID:-[protected]) with Rs 18100 on 21st March 2019 with TATASKY and locked their services against my account (includes my main TV and 2 multi TVs) for a period of 12 months after confirming THRICE from their CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE that for coming 12 months (upto 20th March 2020) I have locked the pack/services for my account and my account will remain unaffected regardless of any changes in prices for next 12 months i.e. upto 20th March 2020, but these guys came back to me in June 2019 and increased prices for my multi TVs which increases my annual payment from Rs 18100 to Rs 24699 approximately which is a big blow to my pocket. This is a BREACH OF AGREEMENT. TATA SKY can’t increase the prices during the duration (12 months) for the services promised/agreed by them to me. TATA SKY do advertise and encourage their customers to go for a recharge for 12 months and enjoy JHINGALAALA tension free service for next 1 year just to come back in the middle of the duration of the services and say hey we have increased the prices for your services. This has caused me a lot of mental harassment by reaching TATASKY people from pillar to post.

I want to register a complaint against TATA SKY for the breach of the agreement. Kindly look into this.

I have escalated this issue to the TATASKY team multiple times but I didn't get any resolution to my problem so I have left with no other option apart from registering the complaint to the Consumer Redressal Forum.
