[Resolved]  Trai — complaint against videocon d2h as creating problem since 3 4 months

From the past 3 4 months I am facing lot of problem in videocon d2h.sometime they charge wrong amount.I chose my channel last month on 18th feb and my total amount was 278.But my subscription ended on 11th march. Again i recharged on 13th march with rs 330 as mera wala plan was not showing in videocon d2h app. And now after recharging, the chanels i see are like starplus, colors etc. not coming amd showing not part of subsription.I called at customer care no. Of videocom d2h but i cannot even place call to make complaint. I am fed up with this videocon d2h.It has become a worse company.
