Trai — complaint regarding auto activation of channel as free channel

Channel has been activated by videocon d2h as informed by customer care executive as free offer. Where as amount has been deducted without informing. Deactivation of same channel is not yet done by customer care. Customer care disconnected telephone call from customer and not attending phone call from customer. I also asked for the recording of the conversation for activation of the channel but not provided by the customer care executive during the call.
