1. I have repeatedly called customer care and discusse floor supervisors regarding the stoppage my channels.
2. I have recharged of rs. 300/ by using paytm app on 29/4/19 against the due date of 3/5/19 that means 5 days advance of expiry of date.
3. My channels were stopped.
4. I have provided transaction id [protected]/[protected] provided by paytm.
Now i am feeling pain of making advance payment towards recharge of my subscription.
Issue has been discussed with paytm too at length.
It is clear cut harrassment to customer due to system fault. Screen shot of payment received from paytm have been sent to airtel digital tv.
Ten days are over airtel digital tv is not providing any solution to my problem. It is requested to consider my issue and direct airtel digital tv to stop harassing me and start my services without any further delay.
