Trai — d2h videocon - 2 tv set top box connection - not accepting new tariff as per my choice - imposed popular pack

I have two tv connections. Since one month they have not accepting new tariff plan as per new trai rule.

I was enjoying all channels as per old pack - but suddenly they have imposed a "popular" basic pack which is not having lot of missing channels including free channels. Even regional channel which i had before are discontinued.

Kindly instruct d2h - video cone to resume either new pack or my old pack before new tariff start.

Till 22.03.2019 the problem still continue .

it is now Two ( 2 Months ) problem has not solved.
